Pilot capacity and service safeguards

Free allows 1,000 time or cost entries per project and 200 saved changes per day. Operations allows 10,000 entries per project, 1,000 archived projects, 1,000 stored RAMS packs, 1,000 new packs per month and 2,000 saved changes per day. Both allow 300 workspace refreshes per person per day and 1–20 hazards per RAMS pack. Operations attachments allow 100 upload attempts and 100 MB of downloads per day. These service safeguards bound pilot running costs; existing records remain stored if an allowance is reached.

Built for operational work across borders.

The pilot is English-language, with GBP, EUR, USD, CAD and AUD project currencies. One accounting currency per company; no currency conversion. Operations is available internationally where payments are supported, excluding restricted countries and regions. Confirm your actual business country during setup. The limited Free pilot covers the UK, supported European countries, the United States, Australia and Canada.

Operations does not include payroll, HMRC filing, statutory accounting or local tax-compliant invoicing. RAMS are prepared and reviewed for the actual work; they are not automatic safety approvals.
